SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days. (we are working hard to get your order out sooner). Please make sure the shipping address is correct. If you checkout with an incorrect address, it may delay your order.
You will receive an email from us with tracking information once your order ship.
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Our domestic orders are shipped via USPS first class shipping. Each and every bracelet is custom made AFTER you place your order. Any order with a bracelet will ship in 5-7 business days. During holiday seasons, shipping times may be extended.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If you are outside the US, your order will be shipped via DHL International. You may typically expect your order to be processed, made, and shipped between 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed. You will be able to track your package, however, packages may take up to 8 weeks to arrive depending on the destination. Bijoux + Spice charges a $5- handling fee for all international orders.
The customer is responsible for any duties that may apply to your package once it arrives in your country (customs, import taxes, etc.)
We are not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system for International orders.
